Azerbaijani language classes

Learn with an Instructor

We are excited to offer online Azerbaijani language lessons for the summer season, taught by our talented Ms. Konul!  Classes begin on June 6th, 2023 with three offerings:

• Kid-friendly classes aimed at beginner learners (recommended for ages 6-10)

• General beginner classes (aimed at older and adult audiences)

• Intermediate to advanced (aimed at those that have some language proficiency already)

In order to hold classes, we need a minimum of 2 participants for each class (and no more than 6). If we do not have the minimum, we will postpone and refund any class fees paid.

Date/Time (starting June 6th):

• Kids classes: Thursdays at 6:30 pm PST.

• General beginner classes: Thursdays at 7:30 pm PST

• Intermediate to advanced classes: Tuesdays 7:30 PST

Fees:

• FREE for all current ACSNC members. If you’re not a current member, please visit our membership page to become a member and take advantage of all the benefits! Membership is open to anyone, regardless of their physical location.

• Fee for non-members is $120/person for 8 classes, $100/person if 2+ family members attending. You can submit your payment via Zelle (mobile app is easiest), noting the name of the participant. If link fails, use [email protected] / Azerbaijan Cultural Society as Zelle recipient.

We continue to evaluate and expand our offerings. If the current session do not work for you, please submit this interest form for future considerations.

"Ana Dili" project is designed to teach Azerbaijani language from A to Z in a professional way. Azerbaijani is a Turkic language spoken by 10 million people living in Azerbaijan Republic and generally about 50 million people all over the world.

In these lessons, there are 5 different subtitle options: Azerbaijani (Latin alphabet), Azerbaijani (Arabic alphabet), English, Russian and Farsi. Very excited to share our language with all Azerbaijani language learners and enthusiasts. Good luck!
